INSTRUCTIONS
The class action concerns inmates and their correspondents whose communications (calls, mail, visits, or faxes) were allegedly illegally intercepted by the CSC between 1992 and 2024 in federal penitentiaries. For more details on potential class members, please consult the devoted webpage here.
The deadline to submit an opt-out form is February 3, 2026.

You may exclude yourself from the class action in order to pursue your own legal action regarding the legal claims in this matter (subject to applicable time limits). If you exclude yourself, you will not receive any money or benefits from the class action (if any).
